Wales train crash: Passenger flung from seat in ‘blink of an eye’


A man died and 15 rail passengers were injured in a head-on collision after a train slid while braking, initial evidence suggests. No significant injuries were reported among passengers but it is believed that one suffered a fatal heart attack after the crash. He was a passenger in his sixties, police said.
